Thanks to her first teacher, Selvarajan Yesudian, Stefania was introduced to meditation and pranayama as a child. During her acting studies, she discovered the physical dimension of yoga through Bikram Yoga, whose disciplined practice led her to complete the teacher training at the Bikram Yoga College of India. She went on to teach internationally – in Hawaii, along the West Coast of the United States, in Spain, and in Switzerland.

Further training as a Medical Yoga Coach at the German Medical School in Berlin, Hatha Yoga immersions with Stephen Thomas and Noah McKenna, a Vinyasa training with Carol Murphy, as well as pranayama and philosophy studies with Shri O.P. Tiwari shaped her path. Over many years, Doug Keller has been a central source of inspiration in yoga therapy and philosophy.

In her search for integration and refinement, Stefania turned to the wisdom teachings of the Buddha and the contemplative practices of Tibetan Buddhism, especially Mahamudra. Her encounters with Tilmann Lhündrup deepened her understanding of presence, awareness, and heart-centered practice.

In addition, Stefania completed a three-year training in Essential Psychotherapy / Buddhist Psychology and today offers psychological process work.

As a mother and yoga teacher, she weaves together embodied practice, mindfulness, and compassion — both on and off the mat.
Her work — and ultimately her life — is guided by an intention of healing and liberation, as well as supporting others on this path. Remembering the innermost essence of our being — the place within us that is whole, unbroken, and one.

Stefania teaches in German and English.
