About the event
In this 3 mornings will start the day by cultivating the virtues of an awakend heart through the practice of brahmavihārā-meditations. We will continue with pranayama and explore our physical bodies in playful, flowy vinyasa classes.
time: 8am to 11am
price: sliding scale from 120 - 300 CHF for the 3 days, you choose according to your possibilities and with what you feel happy to give
